Best Tented Safari Camp
Since The Hide Safari Camp was sited in one of Hwange National Park’s prime wildlife areas over twenty years ago, they have distilled the essence of the safari experience and embellished it with our own distinctive style.
The Hide sleeps up to 20 guests in ten comfortable and spacious deluxe, family deluxe and honeymoon deluxe tents. The tents have a myriad of different configurations with indoor and/or outdoor bathtubs and showers. They are fan cooled for your comfort in summer and have extra warm blankets and hot water bottles for the cool winter months. Each has a private veranda from where guests may be entertained by the comings and goings of a large variety of game at the waterhole.

CAMP INFORMATION
Location: Situated on a private concession on the Eastern boundary of Hwange National Park, with stunning views across a natural waterhole.
Access: By road or air.
Accommodation: 10 spacious deluxe, family deluxe and honeymoon deluxe tents.
Activities: Up to 4 activities/excursions are offered per day: morning and afternoon guided walks (no under 16 years on walking safaris), morning and afternoon game drives; night drives with a spotlight, ‘hide sits’ around the pan. An overnight sleep-out in the “Dove’s Nest” tree house for 2 people is a great experience.
Season: All year round.
Age Restriction: No children under 10 years unless in a group taking over the
whole lodge or by prior arrangement.
