Award Winning Camp
Hwange is known as “the land of the giants” for its big elephant herds. Somalisa is famous for its up-close encounters with elephants, that love to drink from the pool in front of the camp.
Tucked away under the dappled shade of an Acacia grove, along the edge of an ancient seasonal floodplain. Somalisa provides guests with breath-taking views of the golden savannah plains of Hwange. It is a place of simple luxury where the focus is on the guest experience to ensure a safari adventure that exceeds their dreams.

CAMP INFORMATION
Location:Private concession in the Heart of Hwange National Park.
Access: By road or air.
Accommodation: 7 elegant sail tents.
Activities: Game drives, walking safaris, bird watching and cultural village visits.
Season: All season
Age Restriction: Children over the age of 7 years are welcome, however walking safaris are restricted to children over the age of 16years.
