MANAPOOLS NATIONAL PARK

Mana from Heaven

LOCATION OF MANAPOOLS NATIONAL PARK

MANAPOOLS NATIONAL PARK HIGHLIGHTS

  • Mana Pools is about as wild as it gets – particularly as you are allowed to walk here.
  • Possibly see the handful of elephants that have learnt to stand on their back legs to reach taller branches- a trick not known to all elephants.

BEST TIME TO TRAVEL

  • Mana Pools National Park is only accessible during the dry season (April-November), which is also the best time for gameviewing. Most camps are closed during the rainy season as the few roads into the reserve become impassable during these months.
