The intrepid traveller
The David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa is located on the banks of the mighty Zambezi River at the majestic Victoria Falls in Zambia, Southern Africa. The Victoria Falls lend a spectacular backdrop to the exclusive David Livingstone Safari Lodge and Spa.
The Victoria Falls which were named by Dr. David Livingstone for his queen, Victoria, in November 1855, were well known to the indigenous peoples of Southern Africa by many names, the most meaningful being Mosi-oa-Tunya (the Smoke that Thunders).
This colonial styled structure offers 72 well appointed hotel rooms and 5 loft suites which accommodate a total of 154 guests in four-star style. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar, with a variety of safari excursions and activities in and around the falls.
